Bikepacking
We started doing trips on our bikes a few years ago. The first ones were weekend trips around the area. Which we then extended to several day trips resulting in our first crossing of the alps in 2020 on our first trip to Venice.
When Anouk was born it did not take 4 months until we had our first ride with here in the baby trailer. From then we gradually increased the length of the rides and luckily she seemed quite happy to be on the road with us. It so we gave backpacking a try with her and gladly realised that we could continue this beautiful way of traveling
Backpacking
Definitely one of our passions starting in 2011 with our first trip to India. We continuously did new trips all around the world whenever time and money allowed it.
When Anouk was born 10 years later we decide to give it a try with her and chose Thailand as first destination, a super beautiful country comparably easy to travel, safe with super friendly people.
Of course with the knowledge and expectation in mind that this will be limited compared to earlier trips we soon realised that a lot is actually possible.
